Resolves low to medium complexity technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.

The successful candidate must be at least 18 years of age or older and have completed her/his freshman year of college and must be enrolled in college for the Spring Semester. The student should be enrolled in an Information Technology-related field of study.
