Opportunity Profile:
rovide support the end user through problem identification and resolution. The intern will act as the first tier support person for end users and any unresolved problems will be escalated to the full time Support Service Group for resolution. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and reallocating hardware and software and assisting with hardware and software upgrades. The intern will assist in maintaining our Asset Management system that includes but is not limited to: Physical Inventory, Chain of Custody, Lifecycle process, Retirement. He/She will also assist with projects as assigned by his/her supervisor.

Qualifications:
The individual must have successfully completed two IT (Information Technology) related courses. Excellent technical skills, including both computer hardware and software. Must have knowledge of hardware: PC’s, printers, copiers, fax machines, routers, hubs, firewalls, and software: Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix, VPN software, Microsoft XP/Office and able to use networking resources. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to work with the users. In addition, the candidate must possess the ability to read specifications and technical manuals, physically move equipment, work well under pressure, document processes, research and troubleshoot issues.
