Opportunity Profile:
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Specialist in Morgantown, WV. This position supports the logistics function Supply Chain department and will be responsible for providing analysis to support business decisions with essential duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to preparing annual transportation budget, monthly/quarterly transportation reports and monthly budget variance reports, supporting business decisions critical for moving materials and shipping freight, researching, analyzing and identifying cost savings and efficiencies for shipping freight, acting as a liaison for other departments and other subsidiaries for transportation/logistics issues, supporting the management of freight contracts, working with Legal Department for setting up projects and contract negotiations and completing various analytics in support of contract/pricing negotiations, using analytical and quantitative methods to conduct analysis and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and three years of related experience is required. Must possess knowledge of internal distribution processes. Strong skill set in analytical, organization, communication, system thinking, decision making and problem solving are essential. Must have the ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to detail. Computer skills are required with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and SAP.
