Opportunity Profile:
Provide administrative assistance to the Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (MPI) facility and the daily operations in a manner which supports manufacturing operations interface with SAP. Responsible for ensuring department related SAP operational consistency/data input and integrity as it relates to the individual department and the MPI facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Input data into the computer based systems. Perform complex, non-standard typing or word processing. Provide technical assistance related to the data input by non-bargaining and bargaining unit users. Serve as a liaison with other departments on current and future needs. Serve as a resource in the development of computer based systems and processes. Follow proper procedures in conjunction with the computer based application. Aide in the development of procedures in conjunction with the computer based application. Make edits to Standard Operating Procedures as requested by supervisor. Train bargaining unit employees on the use of computer based systems. Schedule departmental meetings. Type various reports and memos.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and a minimum of one year of experience is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of GMPs, FDA Regulations, Mylan’s processes and procedures in relationship to the computer based systems (SAP) installed to aid in operations. Must possess strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret technical documents and government regulations.
