Opportunity Profile:
Collect, monitor and report all financial and non-financial information and data relating to the functional areas reporting to the Senior Director of Global Quality. Assist the Office of Global Quality by managing specific details of corporate projects. Utilize Supply Chain Management (SCM) techniques and adapt to changing logistics landscapes. Utilize strategic sourcing, account management and/or sales experience. Coordinate, attend and guide project meetings with all levels of management. Plan, track and execute specific deliverables from assigned projects. Perform financial analysis detailing cost and pricing and prepare appropriate reports. Perform vendor reassessments for qualification of vendors and compile documentation for new vendor approval. Utilize aggregate vendor performance metrics including Agreements monitoring and summaries. Attend all project meetings, collect data and report action items to key individuals within the Office of Global Quality. Represent the Office of Global Quality at key meetings and functions. Report key information from project and corporate meetings to Management. Deliver key information and provide quality direction to project teams. Track project expenses and budget.. Utilize strategic sourcing, account management and/or sales experience. Work with data collection/tracking software, for vendor management.

Qualifications:
Reqts: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related and 2 years of experience as Analytical Manager, Quality Associate, or related and 2 years of experience with each of the following: utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) techniques and adapting to changing logistics landscapes; performing financial analysis detailing cost and pricing and preparing appropriate reports; utilizing strategic sourcing, account management and/or sales experience; utilizing aggregate vendor performance metrics including Agreements monitoring and summaries; working with data collection/tracking software, for vendor management.
