Opportunity Profile:
In this exciting role, the Financial Analyst, Global Technical Operations will serve as the accounting liaison for Mylan Global Technical Operations functions. In addition, this position will be responsible for the following:

· Provide forecasting, reporting, planning, budgeting and other analysis for Financial Analyst, Global Technical Operations, including R&D, Regulatory and Quality

· Monitor current on-going projects

· Review significant contracts associated with all Global Technical Operations projects

· Verify timelines, costs, and monitor CRO vendor performance

· Compile and maintain a list of products with Regulatory fee’s. Prepare monthly forecast reporting for Global Technical Operations by region

· This includes current data, previous quarter/year information, budget to current actual and forecast, capital expenditure and project status, and headcount status

· Assist department heads in the preparation of five year strategic plan and annual budget(s)

· Compile data for strategic plan and annual budget(s) and present departmental and consolidated summaries to the Group Vice Presidents

· Prepare summary format report of financial data and narratives for the Executive Management team

· Meet monthly with respective department heads, Group Vice-Presidents and Global Technical Operations Finance

· Assist leadership with the financial analysis of future projects or programs. Perform other Global duties as assigned

Reporting Structure:


Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and three years of experience is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must possess advanced knowledge of general accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and FASB. Understanding of the R&D processes and FDA regulations is preferred, but not required.
