Opportunity Profile:
This position will be required to provide sound leadership and direction to our Accounting organization. The successful candidate will be required to partner with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies within the organization. Key roles of this position will include, but not limited to, operational reporting, compliance, and transactional processing. This position will manage operational accounting in order to provide site and business management with accurate and complete data for cost management including improving cost identification, cost segmentation and cost controls. This position will partner with operations to utilize performance metrics to drive key operational efficiency initiatives. This position must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while overseeing an accounting/finance staff of 50+ individuals.

Qualifications:
The position will require a solid technical understanding of the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as well as an understanding of risks and controls in an SEC-regulated environment in order to effectively liaise with auditors and management and make decisions regarding project direction.
Applicants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, management skills, strong work ethic, consensus gathering skills, organizational skills, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Working knowledge of business performance management software (SAP, Hyperion, Cognos, etc.) preferred. Must have strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships. Solid analytical and reasoning abilities required.
Minimum of a Masters Degree in Business, Finance or related field, plus a minimum of 12 years of broad finance experience are required. CPA preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
