Opportunity Profile:
We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor on second shift in our Packaging Department at our Morgantown, WV location. The Supervisor will be providing support to ensure product is packaged safely and efficiently. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising employees, assigning tasks, managing performance, motivating and coaching employees, working with the Packaging Technical Support Group to initiate or revise SOP’s, maintaining harmony workers and resolving grievances, ensuring that all employees in the department follow GMP’s and SOP’s, assisting in investigating IR’s, studying and standardizing procedures to improve efficiency, assuming duties of the Assistant Manager, Packaging and Shipping/Receiving Supervisor as needed, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree plus three (3) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, or minimum of one (1) year of experience with a Master of Science Degree required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must possess knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations, Food and Drug Administration, OSHA, GMP regulations and Mylan procedures is required. Must possess strong analytical, communication, supervisory, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient using a computer and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and SAP functionality.
