Opportunity Profile:
The successful candidate in this role be responsible for management, organization, and guidance of a Global Quality-based training function that will provide preparation, organization, and delivery of specific training topics throughout the Mylan organization. The successful candidate will assess current training needs and prepare specific courses for delivery to stakeholders of all levels to ensure the Mylan Quality philosophy is delivered in clear terms that allow for continuance and enhancement of the core quality principles that are integral to Mylan’s success.
This position will partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and various other management personnel to compile and deliver meaningful training to address key compliance needs and GMP knowledge across all business units in all regions of Mylan. Through development and delivery of specific training, this position will enhance compliance with industry standards, Mylan policies and procedures, and a broad spectrum of regulatory requirements across the organization while maintaining focus on the Quality elements which are the foundation of past and future success within Mylan.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate in this role will have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Quality or related compliance field or a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of similar experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Candidates must possess a sound and thorough knowledge of cGMP regulations and expectations and have excellent speaking and delivery skills while training individuals and groups of all levels.
