Opportunity Profile:

The company maintains one of the industry's broadest – and highest quality – product portfolios, supported by a robust product pipeline; owns a controlling interest in the world's third-largest active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturer; and operates a specialty business focused on respiratory and allergy therapies. We are currently seeking an Intern in our Management & PMO department at our Morgantown, WV location.
In this exciting role the candidate will support the Program Management Office by assisting with project support processes.
Additional responsibilities include:
1. Provide administrative and PMO coordination support by preparing inputs to monthly status reports, including: current status data, budget to current actual and forecast, capital expenditure and project status.
2. Assist the department in the preparation and dissemination of Program & Project status data to IT Leadership.
3. Assist in providing Project and Portfolio Governance by working with Project Managers to collect the current project status, time tracking, and financial data in the Global IT Portfolio.
4. Assist with project initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and project shutdown
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A High School diploma is required. Candidate must be enrolled in their sophomore year of college and be willing to work 20-30 hours per week
