Opportunity Profile:
We are currently recruiting for a Vendor Support Associate in Morgantown, WV. This position will provide support to the Purchasing function in the Supply Chain department and will be responsible for supporting the company-wide program for an SAP maintained Corporate Vendor Database across Mylan subsidiaries and will serve as a resource for SAP vendor related activities. Essential duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to serving in support role to the Vendor Program within the SAP program, preparing and recording monthly vendor tracking reports outside the SAP system, maintaining management system for documents and business relationships with outside contractor for government reporting compliance, interacting with vendors and potential vendors, assisting in the creation and maintenance of Vendor Master Record request forms and other relevant documents, submitting and interacting with outside contractor for ongoing business classification and certification processes/audits, providing support and serving as back up to Senior Associate as necessary, assisting with training in Vendor Master procedures, assisting with production reports, attending meetings and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and one (1) years of related experience is required. Must possess general understanding of the Purchase to Pay process within SAP system and Mylan’s procedures and processes in relation to all departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, organizational skills are required. Computer skills are required with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and SAP.
