Opportunity Profile:
This position will provide support to Manufacturing in a variety of functions. The Intern position will be responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Engineers in their day to day operations:

a. Develop capacity analysis models:

b. Assist in opportunity analysis reports:

c. Assist in process improvement efforts:

d. Assist in developing labor / machine standards for product portfolio. :

e. Work with Operational Excellence (OE) group on improvement projects:

Collaborate with Manufacturing and the OE and Costing groups on other issues.

Reporting Structure:
Qualifications:
Prefer new candidates who are entering their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year in Industrial Engineering. A very strong preference will be given to those demonstrating multidisciplinary capabilities and/or the particular disciplinary specialty advertised at this time. Must possess a general understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
