Opportunity Profile:
The Infrastructure & Operations Management analyst's role is to design, maintain, and support Mylan’s global infrastructure, operations management processes, and technologies with a focus on Enterprise Systems Management (ESM. Architect and implement projects and initiatives in support of existing and new Global ESM infrastructure. Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing monitoring and management systems, develop and implement strategies for improving/leveraging these systems. Support questions/issues from customers and users of ESM, including internal IT support teams, Service Desk, Business Information Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and executive management. Provide training to end users. Facilitate both manual and automation discovery of IT Infrastructure utilizing ESM tools and toolsets through coordination with the technical teams. Integrate servers, database, infrastructure applications such as e-mail, security infrastructure, network, and application services into ESM infrastructure. Maintain inventory of environment and ensure system connectivity to of all servers, storage, network, databases, and applications within scope. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records. Coordinate and monitor tests, end-user reviews, system performance, preparing and delivering statistics & reports. Act as central point of coordination for ESM, interact with internal employees, vendors, outsourcers, & contractors as required. Develop and implement reports based on defined service metrics. Develop and document reporting process. Act as primary point of contact for all report related requests, questions, and issues. Candidate should have knowledge and base understanding of IBM Tivoli suite as well as various other ESM monitoring and reporting platforms including monitoring and provisioning, dashboards, metrics and reporting, CMDB, integration, and business service management.. Knowledge of ESM reporting tools and processes. General understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management practices.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree (or equivalent) in related field and 2 years of experience working with ESM technology is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Candidates for the position of Senior Administrator, Outsourced Operations Management should possess: • Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively in a global, fast paced and dynamic environment where goals and specifications are constantly changing. • Proven ability to partner with technical staff, management, and external service providers to deliver IT services which contribute and enhance business value. • Strong relationship management, customer service, analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills are required, with strong emphasis on process. • Project management and coordination experience, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. Effective oral and written communication at various levels within the organization. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ESM principles, technologies, concepts, and processes.
