Opportunity Profile:
Forecast growth and upgrades, monitor systems, and architect designs and solutions for systems and applications. Take leadership role in ensuring the secure development, administration, and operation of in-house systems and networks. Provide planning, design, leadership, direction, and advanced technical expertise. Serve as high-level technical expert in regards to enterprise systems and associated issues. Manage and train lower-level staff. Provide strategy development and support for Enterprise Content Management technologies including web and document content management, business process management for content, and control/archiving of content. Prepare, review and approve prototypes based on draft requirements. Prepare requirement specifications. Prepare, review and approve software code and/or configuration Design Specifications based on documented requirements. Develop high complexity software code and/or configuration changes. Prepare Unit Test Results to demonstrate completeness of design and development. Review code and/or configuration changes. Prepare, review, and approve automated and manual test scripts (test data setup and test execution) to be used for execution of operational qualification and performance qualification and for purposes of regression testing. Prepare, review, and approve implementation strategies and summaries. Prepare, review, and approve installation procedures. Serve as top-tier support for Application Software Systems for purposes of troubleshooting software customizations. Perform application maintenance, monitoring, tuning, and support activities such as user administration and performance monitoring results analysis as assigned. Assist in building business cases and work plans by designing and selecting medium-to-high complexity solutions, assessing risks, analyzing impact, and providing estimates for work as required. Provide planning, leadership, direction, and advanced technical expertise regarding computer systems. Serve as technical lead on medium-to-high complexity projects. Serve as lead analyst/investigator on high complexity support issues. Provide support to analysts and technicians. Provide guidance to junior team members. Take leadership role in ensuring the secure development, administration, and operation of in-house systems and networks. Understand and comply with all established Corporate, Information Technology (IT), and software engineering policies and procedures. Develop work instruction guidelines for basic administrative functions. Prepare and review software engineering policy and procedure changes. Prepare changes to IT policy and procedure. Guide the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives.

Reporting Structure:


Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must possess and apply extensive technical expertise, and have full knowledge of other related disciplines. Knowledge of COTS solutions for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is valuable.
