Opportunity Profile:
The Associate Manager Recruitment will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the North America organization. Duties for this position include: Assisting in the development and execution of recruiting plans; Working with the internal HR managers and hiring managers on strategic recruiting planning meeting; Conducting interviews to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings; Establishing business relationships with respective business functions by participating in departmental and/or individual meetings with employees to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs; Creating, writing, and formatting job descriptions, which may include analyzing market descriptions; Preparing feedback on applicants to management, work with Compensation to make recommendations on starting salaries, and provide applicants with information on the Company; May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, and work with outside agencies and vendors; and Maintain current knowledge of Equal Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), with 2-4 years of experience required. PHR preferred. A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
