Opportunity Profile:
The Associate Manager Recruitment will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the North America organization. Duties for this position include: Assisting in the development and execution of recruiting plans; Working with the internal HR managers and hiring managers on strategic recruiting planning meeting; Conducting interviews to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings; Establishing business relationships with respective business functions by participating in departmental and/or individual meetings with employees to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs; Creating, writing, and formatting job descriptions, which may include analyzing market descriptions; Preparing feedback on applicants to management, work with Compensation to make recommendations on starting salaries, and provide applicants with information on the Company; May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, and work with outside agencies and vendors; and Maintain current knowledge of Equal Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws. Applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain trusting relationships with employees and managers.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), with 2-4 years of experience required. PHR preferred. A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
